- Little Weighton Road – Stile on snicket to West Mill Rise
The Clerk has spoken to Mr Ward’s secretary who is looking into the matter. - Sherwood Close – Common Land Usage
A Streetscene Enforcement Officer visited Sherwood Close on Tuesday 8 December 2020 and there was no sign of a caravan anywhere in the area. - Beechborough Development
Traffic Management have communicated with the developers regarding acceptable routes to site, and asked them to assess if there is a need for signs. Traffic Management will continue to monitor the situation. - Autherd Garth Building Spoil
A Streetscent Enforcement Officer visited Autherd Garth and there was no obvious sign of any building waste at either 27 or 29, however some spoil outside number 16 was in the process of being cleared and has now been taken away. East Riding of Yorkshire Council advised that parking on the footway is an obstruction which only Humberside Police can deal with. - Kirk Lane Drains
The Area Engineer visited on Friday 4th December immediately after a sustained heavy downpour and surface water from Kirk Lane had drained from the highway so there is no safety issue. East Riding of Yorkshire Council advised that if the concern relates to surcharging sewers on Kirk Lane then this is a problem that only Yorkshire Water can resolve.

The village newsletter will not be included on the Parish Council website as they have received a complaint regarding the publication of the newsletter on the walkington-news.org website and the editor does not want to exacerbate matters.
